WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are developed and produced in our Manufacturing facility located in Derry, NH.   Products can be purchased at our Salem, NH store location, or online through our website.  We also accept pick-up orders with at least 4 days notice via email, or phone.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Products are made to order, therefor, your order may take up to 7 days to process.  If you need your order within a certain time frame, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you.
 

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are sent via United Parcel Service.  We ship weekly Monday-Thursday, for arrivals Tuesday-Friday.  We do not ship over the weekend.
 

CAN I SEND GIFTS?

Yes!  We offer free note cards with your personal message with all gift orders!  Simply let us know what you would like to say and we will make sure to include it in your package!  We also offer free gift wrap during the holiday season upon request.
